Rylstone Olive Press Australian owned and operated family company that supports and works with the local Australian community of growers. It specializes in extra virgin olive oil infused with fruity flavors. Its olives are grown on its own plantation, located in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia.

It distributes products domestically to small independent grocers, delicatessens and fruit markets, high-quality food stores, and butchers. It operates its own olive oil press machine. It won Gold Medals and Best of Show at the Inaugural World Olive Oil Show 2013 held in New York.
