Our History
We are a Turkish manufacturer from Isparta region specialized in harvesting and processing of raw fish. We have been dealing with the trade of seafood and food products since 1960s. After the year 1978 we got specialized in processing, producing and exporting freshwater products.
Today our company serves %95 of its products to foreign markets. In domestic and foreign markets, the company has become one of the esteemed and convenient companies with its alive, fresh and frozen products by new comprehensions and its 60 years’ experience and technical aggregation.
Şahlanlar is one of the leader companies in its region with 4.000m2 covered building based on 30.000m2 land; 40mt of finished product daily freezing capacity and 500mt of frozen storage. All products are produced under the EU approval number and HACCP plan by trained and highly experienced personnel.
