We are a young company that we continue with the project started a few years ago by our family.
Our objectives are to take care of the environment, harmonizing the productive activity with the demands of the landscape and Nature, and to make available to the consumer a product of excellent quality and beneficial to health.
The principles as an ecological farmer, rancher and rancher date back to the year 1994, when we began the practices of Organic Agriculture and Livestock under the control and certification of the Andalusian Committee of Ecological Agriculture (CAAE) In 2000 the micro-warehouse was created, to produce, transform and package our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained exclusively with home-grown olives.

Olivar de la Luna is a very fruity oil that recalls the flavor of the olive, with some nuances of flavor of other fruits such as apple and almond and the memory of freshly cut grass.
Its behavior in the mouth is long, sweet and smooth, leaving at the end a slight bitter taste typical of the fruit from which it comes, an indicator of its stability, great richness in polyphenols and antioxidants, and high content of vitamin E.

OUR BRAND
This rugged and difficult mountain range was in past centuries the nest of bandits and political fugitives. To avoid such a situation, Carlos III promulgated a law in which whoever indicated a piece of land in Sierra Morena, dismantled it and planted olive trees, would become its owner.
Many people who were attracted by the illusion of having their own goods were dedicated to such arduous work. But the lack of economic resources forced them to work not only on their land, but also for others, in exchange for a wage to survive. In this situation, they only had the night to carry out this hard work, and that is why our brand receives this name "Olivar de la Luna" in tribute to those who, with their effort, offer us today the opportunity to continue working and collecting the fruit of these olives.
