- Owned by the De Nadai family and considered one of the largest private groups in the fresh produce industry with over 50 Million export cartons a year.
- Born in Asmara, Eritrea in 1948 as a fruit and vegetables import and export firm, the small company founded by Mr. Guido De Nadai soon became one of the most important produce dealers in the Middle East and the first to enter markets such as Saudi Arabia, the and Kuwait.
- Unifrutti's total planted hectares are more than 14,000 between farms in Chile, Philippines, Italy, and South Africa, being the major investments and not counting other international partnerships.
- The group employs approximately 14,000 people (both permanent and seasonal staff during harvests).
- Unifrutti has several regional divisions supported by a centralized logistics department and localized trading offices, while the administrative headquarters is based in Cyprus.
