The business of Unigrà is the conversion and distribution of margarines, edible oils and fats, and semi-finished goods for the preparation of food, particularly confections. Since its inception in 1972, Luciano Martini's company has grown to fulfill its purpose of producing high-quality raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods for all industry channels, including industrial, artisanal, retail, and hospitality.

The founder of Unigrà, Luciano Martini, who serves as chairman of the board of directors, and his son, Gian Maria Martini, who serves as chief executive officer, are still in charge of the company's management.
