PRODUCTION METHOD
Disjointed distillation of the pomace with steam passage boiler. Aging in boiler for at least 6 months, dilution up to 40% Vol alc, refrigeration up to ca -15 ° Celsius, cold filtering, 2nd filtering room temperature before bottling.
