Product Details

Ginger Oleoresin is obtained through controlled solvent extraction of the rhizomes of Zingiber officinale, concentrating ginger’s characteristic warm, pungent flavour and aroma. It is supplied as a dark brown, free-flowing viscous liquid and is soluble in vegetable oils. Standardized to a minimum 30% volatile oil content, the oleoresin provides consistent flavour intensity, stability, and precise dosing compared to raw or ground ginger. It is suitable for seasonings, sauces, beverages, bakery, confectionery, savoury foods, and flavour systems. Each batch meets defined limits for microbiology, heavy metals, and residual solvents. Certified Halal & Kosher, non-GMO, and compliant with US and EU flavouring regulations. Customized blends and specifications are available to meet specific application requirements.
