Dairy farming has provided a sustainable source of income for households in Soc Trang province, particularly for Khmer people, helping them escape poverty and improve their lives. Many families have successfully raised and multiplied the number of dairy cows to increase their income. Farmers in Soc Trang province have converted their land for rice cultivation to grow grass and feed their cows, ensuring high milk yields and quality. To achieve good results in dairy farming, farmers should pay attention to the breed of cows, create a suitable climate in the barn, provide clean drinking water, and ensure proper nutrition for the cows.
