Rosstat recorded a weekly increase in prices for beef and lamb in Russia

Over the past week from February 20 to 26, among livestock products, the largest increase in prices was observed for beef and lamb, according to Rosstat data. Thus, over the week, beef prices increased by 0.6%. Its price has already increased by 2.34% since the beginning of the year. Lamb became more expensive by 0.5% over the week. Since the beginning of the year, lamb prices have increased by 3.86%. Prices for pork and poultry continue to fall. Over the week, the cost of these products decreased by 0.1%, and since January the price of pork has decreased by 0.5%, and for poultry meat by 3.6%.
