Data from Rosstat reveals that beef and lamb prices in Russia have seen the most significant increase among livestock products from February 20 to 26, with a rise of 0.6% and 0.5% respectively. Since the beginning of the year, beef prices have increased by 2.34% and lamb by 3.86%. On the other hand, pork and poultry prices have decreased, with pork falling by 0.5% and poultry by 3.6% since January. Other livestock products including sausages, frankfurters, butter, fish, milk and cheeses have also experienced a slight weekly price increase.
