Greek fresh fruit and vegetable prices have been increasing since the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak and they still remain high. The domestic demand has been high but the availability of products hasn't been stable because of lockdown and quarantine circumstances. On the other hand, the prices of fruits with upcoming harvests such as sweet cherry and watermelon are expected to start the season with high prices which are the regular market conditions, and prices gradually decrease during the middle of their season.
