National quarantine extended until May 24th

The national government officialized the extension of social isolation, which is preventive and mandatory, until May 24, and detailed the new requirements for exempt activities.
The idea behind flexibility/exemptions under certain parameters is to gradually enable the return of "new" productive activities that were stopped until now.
In any case, should the government notice an increase in the spread/contagion rate, it will take a step back and return to the previous phase.
