France reduces harvest projections for the 2020 harvest campaign

The Ministry of Agriculture of France has reduced its estimation for the 2020 corn and wheat harvest. The estimates went from 14.1 million MT to 13.5% million MT for maize, and from 29.5 million MT to 29.2 million MT.

Whilst no further explanation was provided, experts point at bad weather as the main cause for this.
