The Kramer story began in 1925 in Gutmadingen, Germany, where the three Kramer brothers – Emil, Hans, and Karl – founded the First German Small Tractor and Motorized Lawn Mower Factory. In the first year, they sold 33 four-horsepower tractors, and the enterprise began its triumphant journey with a team of eight. Production switched to diesel engines in the early 1930s – which was considered revolutionary at the time. By the 1950s, Kramer celebrated a total production of 20,000 units and entered the construction machinery market in 1959. Tractor production ceased in 1973, but the company sought new directions, focusing on compact construction machinery. The '80s and '90s brought technological leaps: all-wheel-steering front loaders appeared, and telescopic machine development was initiated.
