US beef exports have reached a new annual record of 10.900 million dollars through November, with shipments totaling 1.36 million tons, a 3% increase from 2021. Despite strong headwinds in large Asian markets, US bovine exports exceeded 2,000 million dollars. The US Meat Exporters Federation (USMEF) also reported a record high in November exports of lamb muscle cuts, driven by the Caribbean, Mexico, and Canada, with a total volume of 247 tons valued at 1.38 million dollars.
