The agricultural municipalities in the region have completed the soybean and grain harvest, with a total of 196.6 thousand hectares of grain and leguminous crops harvested. The highest soybean yield was in the Tambov region, with a yield of 18.2 c/ha. The gross harvest of grain crops, including corn, was 652.9 thousand tons, which is 196 thousand tons higher than in 2022, with the highest yield in the Romnensky district at 61.6 c/ha. Additionally, vegetables were planted on 321 hectares, yielding 8031 tons, and potatoes were harvested on 1,622 hectares with a gross harvest of 30,057 tons and an average yield of 185.3 c/ha.
