The international exhibition "Meat Mania" this year is attracting more exhibitors, Agri.BG learned from the Association of Meat Processors in Bulgaria (AMB). During the event, participants are showcasing new production technologies. "This year, the exhibitors at 'Meat Mania' are up by about 15%. We have new companies, and with us are also small companies that have integrated production - they raise animals, have slaughterhouses, and have meat processing plants. Some of them were able to join our exhibition for the first time thanks to the state aid that the association provided through the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, otherwise, as small companies, they would not be able to afford the costs of an exhibition," commented specifically for Agri.BG Diliana Popova, executive director of AMB.
