16,000 apple seedlings have been exported from China to Tajikistan, marking the first time Shaanxi apple seedlings have been exported. The seedlings, mainly Qinfu No. 1, Yuhua Zaofu and Qinyang varieties, have been cultivated for three years and have a survival rate of 98%. They are being transported for the construction of the China-Tajikistan Friendship Apple Garden. Baishui County, the source of the seedlings, has a significant apple planting area and an average annual output of 600,000 tons. The county also has a leading virus-free seedling breeding base, supplying over 1 million high-quality seedlings annually.
