"2026 Cheongwon Life Festival" to be held in Ochang from October 2 to 11

(Cheongju=Yonhap News) Reporter Cheon Gyeong-hwan = The "2026 Cheongwon Life Festival," Cheongju City's representative agricultural specialty festival, will be held from October 2 to 11 at the Miraejih Nongchon Theme Park in Ochang-eup. The city held the 16th Cheongwon Life Festival Promotion Committee meeting at the temporary city hall's conference room on the 3rd, appointed committee members, and confirmed the festival schedule. The Promotion Committee plans to improve on the shortcomings of last year's festival, establish detailed implementation plans, and develop it into a participatory festival. A representative from the Promotion Committee said, "We will expand experiential events and cultural content that allow various members of the local community to participate."
