A total of 24.2 tons of fodder pea seeds were distributed to producers in Uşak, Turkey, in a ceremony aimed at boosting the agricultural sector and supporting animal husbandry activities. The distribution of the seeds, which were put into use to increase fodder plant production and support animal husbandry, is expected to increase the productivity of producers and improve the efficiency of animal husbandry activities. The fodder peas will be planted on an area of 2,420 decares, and is expected to make a significant contribution to the elimination of the roughage deficit. The initiative was emphasized for its contribution to increasing soil quality and improving farmers' income.
