The main exports include wheat and meslin, and the main importers are Iran, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Morocco, Cuba, Bangladesh, Europe, and the African continent. The region has harvested 8.6 million tons of grain this year, with the potential to export 6 million tons. Last year, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia were the leading importers of Stavropol grain.
