Turkey's diplomatic efforts have led to the continued operation of the 'Joint Coordination Center' in Istanbul, facilitating the safe transfer of grain products from Ukraine. Since the first ship departed from Odessa Port on August 1, 25 ships have transported over 800 thousand tons of grain to various ports within two weeks. The agreement, which aims to prevent a global food crisis, monitors the ships leaving Ukrainian ports and has seen 235 ships departing, transporting 5.365 million tons of grain products since its inception. Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar has praised the agreement as a significant achievement, highlighting Turkey's role in the process.
