Inspections carried out have detected 63 phylloxera positives on the island of Tenerife, but without affecting roots or soil, and these correspond to isolated findings that in some cases affect only a single leaf or plant, as occurred in La Matanza and Tejina, as reported today -September 17- by the Canarian Government's counselor for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, and Food Sovereignty, Narvay Quintero.
