In the first half of 2025, 79% of agricultural companies have already raised salaries and rates for various crop and livestock personnel, while another 21% plan to do so by the end of the year. Thus, the market has demonstrated an active review of compensations at the very start of the season. These results were shown by the Agrohub study conducted in July with the participation of 14 largest Ukrainian agricultural holdings with a total land bank of about 2 million hectares and a staff of more than 65,000 people. The agronomic service demonstrates the highest growth rates in income among key personnel categories: 81% of companies raised salaries for agronomists by 15–25%. In the engineering service, most (among 54% of companies) salary increases occurred within 20%, among 18% of companies incomes grew by more than 25% and among another 18% incomes remained unchanged.
