They stressed the importance of building a professional talent team, enhancing livestock and poultry breeding capabilities, and establishing leading varieties. The Party Branch of the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Department and the Party Committee of the Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Research Institute also held a meeting to discuss the implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the high-quality development of the animal husbandry industry in the province.
