After a lengthy international and national approval process, which included strategic negotiations, Bunge announced the completion of the combination process with Viterra in Argentina. The merger agreement was for US$18.000 billion and is considered one of the most significant corporate movements in the agribusiness sector in the last decade, which will result in a leading global company in agribusiness solutions with a combined value of approximately US$34.000 billion.
