This improvement not only represents a 4.0% rise but also surpasses the average harvest volumes from 2015 to 2020 by 28.8%. Furthermore, the year 2021 brought about the highest carrot yields per hectare since 2012, with a notable increase of 14.5% compared to the average from 2015 to 2020.
