This idea was voiced in her article for the "Plantator" magazine by Kateryna Oliynyk, founder of the "Kucheryava Fermerka" farm, writes UkrAgroConsult. "Today, we are working on combining cultivation, processing, and sales of peppers with a focus on environmental sustainability and reducing carbon footprint," she writes.
