A plant for the deep processing of fruits and berries has been launched in Turkestan region.

In the Tulkubas District of Turkestan Region, a factory for processing apples and other fruits has started operations, which will produce natural juice without additives, fruit puree, and apple powder. This was reported by the press service of the regional akimat. According to the information, the project was implemented by the agricultural production cooperative "Tulkibas Fruit and Berries." The factory is equipped with automated equipment from China. The facility currently provides permanent employment for 15 people. At present, around 30 tons of apples are processed per day, and products under the Ayim brand are already entering the retail network.
