Since 2021, the young and ambitious farmer from the French region of Eure-et-Loir, Clovis Ménard, has successfully developed his own yogurt brand, O'Lait. This is the first local yogurt produced entirely in the region on a short supply chain model, with an emphasis on local agriculture and authentic artisanal tradition, reports the French website Paris Normandie.
