The Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Amur Region has controlled the export of 143 thousand 984 tons of grain and 24 thousand 24 tons of processed plant products over the first nine months of 2021. These exports were made to seven countries, with China being the primary importer, receiving 66% of the total grain exports. The main exports to China included soybeans, corn, wheat, and barley, while soybean meal and soybean oil were the main processed products exported. These exports were primarily made by rail and river transport, and all shipments met the requirements of the importing countries. The administration issued over 2 thousand 900 phytosanitary certificates for controlled products, with 17 certificates being refused due to non-compliance with the requirements of the importing countries.
