REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BOGOR -- Faroby Falatehan, Head of the Regional Development Management Study Program at the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB), assessed that the government is facing challenges in distributing subsidized fertilizer. According to him, the main issue is the inaccuracy of information and data as the basis for determining the targets to be achieved.
