Ukraine's Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, Roman Leshchenko, announced a 38% funding increase for long-term programs to support horticulture, viticulture, and hop growing in 2021, despite the planned 50% increase. These programs are crucial for job creation and financial contribution to local and state budgets. In 2021, these programs led to the creation of 30.4 thousand jobs and a significant deduction of $ 1.3 billion in SDRs and PITs. The minister also mentioned plans to offer loans of one million hryvnias to family farms.
