The Spanish Association of Murciano-Grenadine Goat Breeders (ACRIMUR) has successfully exported the Murciano-Granada goat breed to Algeria, marking a significant success for the organization. Following a successful first aerial export in September, a contract has been signed for the export of 14,000 goats over the coming years. ACRIMUR's focus on maintaining its members' goats as brucellosis and tuberculosis-free, along with the superior genetics of the Murciano-Granada breed, has made it a leading exporter. Animals exported to Algeria will be registered and an ACRIMUR delegation will be sent to ensure the breed's distribution and quality in Algeria. ACRIMUR is also in advanced talks for exporting the breed to Middle Eastern countries like Dubai, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.
