"For us, the key issue is how Ukraine will maintain competitiveness in third-country markets if we implement restrictions before joining the EU that our competitors do not have. It is also important to understand the model of applying the CAP, as it provides support only to the smallest producers who cultivate no more than 15% of all agricultural land in Ukraine," he noted.
