A team led by Li Yushan from the Cangnan County Fishery Development Service Center conducted a special action to check the quality and safety of poultry and egg products. The team visited several poultry egg farms to inspect the quality and safety of agricultural products and veterinary drug management. They guided the farms on the scientific use of veterinary drugs, feed, and other agricultural inputs and signed an administrative notice to effectively supervise the farms. The team also posted posters in the farm management rooms to publicize the list of prohibited veterinary drugs and taught the farm managers to make a certificate of conformity. The Cangnan County Agriculture and Rural Bureau will continue to investigate the number of poultry and egg subjects in the county, strengthen grid management, and severely crack down on the illegal use of prohibited drugs and excessive use of veterinary drugs in egg-laying periods to ensure the safety of poultry and egg products.
