AgroExportados: "I had to reset what I knew about agronomy," says Mariano Boffelli, a Santa Fe native who works in the fields.

"When I started working as an agronomist in Spain, I had to completely reset my knowledge and experience from Argentina. I started from scratch; the producer here never ceases to amaze me with his versatility. Some grow corn, barley, wheat, alfalfa, but also broccoli, leek, pepper, processing tomato, potato, they are very versatile," says Mariano Boffelli during the interview for another beautiful story of AgroExportados, meaning "Argentinians linked to the countryside who are traveling the world." Mariano was born and raised in San Vicente, Santa Fe. He comes from a farming family, his grandfather arrived to manufacture one of the first automotive harvesters of the Boffelli brand.
