Under the terms of the tender, wheat of European or Black Sea origin is to be shipped from February 1 to 15 and from February 16 to 28, while Australian or South American wheat is to be shipped one month earlier. Recall that on November 11, OAIC purchased at least 500,000 tons of food wheat of any origin at an international tender with delivery from December to February at a price of $263-264/ton C&F with delivery to the port of Mostaganem and $270-271/ton C&F with delivery to the port of Tenes.
