Alliance announced to produce profitable and sustainable sugar cane in Mexico

2000Agro/Editorial Producers, private companies and international organizations announced an alliance to promote the National Technology Transfer Program for the profitable and sustainable production of sugar cane in Mexico, which seeks to contribute to the construction of viable and desirable alternatives to face phenomena such as climate change, high temperatures or drought. This program has as its axes biotechnological research and development, as well as training and technical assistance for producers. In the alliance, announced on May 23 at the Biofábrica Siglo XXI facilities, within the framework of the activities of the Bonsucro Global Week 2024, the most important event for sugarcane and its value chain in the world.
