Allies of the producer: startups focused on agribusiness grow in Brazil

Technology has proven to be an ally for producers seeking efficient and sustainable results in the field. The Soja Brasil program has closely monitored the growth of agribusiness-focused startups in Brazil. Between 2022 and 2023, the number of agribusiness-focused startups in the country grew by 15%. Brazil currently has almost 2,000 startups offering a variety of services for agribusiness. According to the Radar Agtech Brasil 2023 survey, the largest concentration is in the Southeast and South regions. The city of São Paulo stands out, housing 43.2% of the national total and more startups than the next six cities in the ranking.
