According to the official website of AMFresh Group, the group has officially reached a friendly agreement with RIOBLANCO to fully acquire Terramara Fresh, aiming to strengthen its agricultural expansion layout in the Pacific Rim Triangle (covering the United States, Mexico, and Peru).
Terramara Fresh owns over 600 hectares of farms in two major production areas in Mexico. Through this acquisition, Amfresh will expand the cultivation of patented fresh food grape varieties, low-chill cherries, and new blueberry varieties in these farms. These fruit varieties are known for their excellent flavor, strong resistance, and rich nutrition, and are part of Amfresh's Snackable Superfruit platform.
AMFresh, a globally leading agricultural technology company with over 90 years of industry experience, acquired fresh grape breeding company IFG in 2022 and merged it with SNFL into one company. Amfresh focuses on variety innovation, agricultural science and biotechnology, and large-scale agricultural cultivation, and its business now covers citrus, fresh grapes, cherries, tropical fruits and berries, apples, pears, fresh squeezed fruit juices, and flowers.
