The tobacco production chain will be on the agenda at the National Congress next Wednesday, July 9. The Association of Tobacco-Producing Municipalities (Amprotabaco) is leading a public hearing in Brasília that will take place from 9 am to noon in the Freitas Nobre Auditorium of the Chamber of Deputies. The meeting aims to discuss Brazil's official position at the 11th Conference of the Parties of the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (COP-11), scheduled for November in Geneva, Switzerland.
