Ales Cadez, barely 30 years old, is an example of a modern farmer. He was recently awarded the Innovative Young Farmer of 2025 prize. A Slovenian by profession, he is a chef. For nine years now, he has been growing over 50 types of vegetables on the family farm in Poljanska Valley, and this year he managed to attract the attention of the entire agricultural community with his new planting machine created using Japanese technology, reports Finance.
