Andalusia leads Spain's food and beverage exports, with a record 11.818 billion until September and a rise of 14.6%

The community accounts for 22% of the country's foreign sales, with the highest growth of the four largest exporting communities, and an increase in seven provinces. Andalusia's agri-food exports reached 11,818 million euros between January and September 2024, its best record for the first nine months of a year since comparable data has been available (1995), thanks to a year-on-year growth of 14.6%, the largest increase of the four largest exporting communities and more than eight points higher than the average growth in Spain (6.2%). The Andalusian agro-industry thus leads the national ranking, with 22% of all food and beverage sales to the world.
