Angus beef presents deboning at Coopavel and fosters cattle breeding in Paraná

The Certified Angus Beef Program presents in this edition of Coopavel a technical bone-in at the breed's stand. The space, in partnership with Padrão Beef, will be ready to receive breeders, consumers, and visitors at Pavilion B of the Coopavel Technological Park. The presentation, scheduled for February 11 at 12:30 PM, will show the maximum yield obtained by Angus carcasses in the slaughterhouses, highlighting the importance of refile and the exquisite finish of the certified pieces with the seal of the Certified Angus Beef Program. The action will be led by the specialist Maicon Moraes and is part of the breed's agenda at the fair, which takes place between February 9 and 13 in Cascavel, in western Paraná.
