Anselmo's Refrigerator Returns to Activity

After almost four months without activity, the Frigorífico Anselmo plant starts up again in Tres Arroyos. After four months of total shutdown, the workers of Frigorífico Anselmo end the year 2025 with a key piece of news: the Judiciary authorized the continuation of the commercial exploitation of the plant. The resolution corresponds to the case file "Frigorífico Anselmo S.A. s/ Bankruptcy (F-36395)", currently being processed by the Civil and Commercial Court No. 1 of Tres Arroyos. On December 29, the court granted the request submitted by the appointed trustee, Gustavo Daniel Benedetti, under articles 189 and related provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law (24.522).
