In 2024, Argentina achieved its highest beef export figures in a century, exporting 935,261 tons of bone-in carcass, a 10% increase in volume and 9% in value from the previous year. Despite a slight decline in average prices, exports included chilled, frozen, and processed products to 53 markets, with 11 new ones added. Key markets like China, the EU, Israel, the US, and Chile increased their imports, while emerging markets such as Mexico, Canada, and Malaysia showed notable growth. This success is credited to the quality of Argentine beef, market diversification, and adaptability to international demands, solidifying the meat sector's role in Argentina's economic growth.
