Argentina's 2024 wine harvest is projected to reach 17,986,000 quintals, marking a 24% increase from the previous year, as per the National Institute of Viticulture (INV). The primary wine-producing province, Mendoza, is expected to see a 28% increase in its harvest, amounting to 11,973,000 quintals. This surge follows a significant decline in the previous year's harvest due to a severe drought. Argentina currently ranks as the seventh largest wine producer, ninth largest consumer, and eleventh largest exporter globally.
