From January to July this year, Armenia imported 148.2 thousand tons of wheat worth $27.2 million, marking a 23% decrease in volume and a 32% decrease in value compared to the same period in 2023, according to Zerno On-Line and the Statistical Committee of Armenia. Additionally, imports of wheat and wheat-rye flour fell to 19.7 thousand tons (-13%) or $4.8 million (-17%) during the same timeframe.
