Peruvian artichoke agro-exports in March saw a 24.4% decrease compared to the same month the previous year, with a drop in volume from 3,041 tons to 2,299 tons. The United States was the primary destination, accounting for 54.3% of shipments, followed by Spain and France. Processed artichoke made up 99.1% of shipments, with a minor 7.5% being frozen artichoke. Danper Trujillo S.A.C. was the leading exporter, followed by Viru S.A. and Alsur Perú S.A.C.
