The Business Association of the Region of Viseu (AIRV), in partnership with five other associations, is launching the 'Terras Altas de Portugal 2.0' project to internationalize the agrifood sector and boost the value of companies, associations, and cooperatives. The project will focus on endogenous products from specific territorial units in Portugal, with a webinar planned to present the project and provide support and training to entrepreneurs and producers. The project aims to participate in five international fairs in Europe in 2022 and will primarily focus on products such as wine, olive oil, meats, fruit, vegetables, cheeses, honey, and mushrooms.
